MASTER PLAN The MASTER PLAN addressed the clients' need for additional parking and a more welcoming entrance to their property. The location of a leaching field in the central lawn area, and a deeded permanent construction easement along the right side of the property dictated a number of design limitations. In addition, solving grading and drainage issues was a major part of the design process.
